Yes, download the Incident IQ app from the App Store or Google Play to submit a work request straight from your mobile device.

  How do I create a new ticket?

Login to IIQ and click New Ticket button

Select from options or click Other Requests button

Proceed through ticket options

 Describe your issue 
 Room where issue is located.  Optional box below to add location information.
 If ticket contain sensitive student information, check "Yes"
 Click to submit ticket
