Mr. Crigger is the perfect example of a school employee who fully understands the purpose of their job. Alfred is a key member of our HVAC Team in the Maintenance Department, who has a student-centered approach to any job he works on. He takes pride in his work and deeply cares about the comfort level of the students and staff in our buildings. He knows that students who are in a comfortable environment have a better chance of learning at higher levels.

Alfred can be called upon at any time and he quickly prioritizes the jobs based on what has the biggest effect on students and their learning. He is very customer service oriented and enjoys helping others. Not only does he approach his HVAC duties with a smile, but he's also quick to help others in the Maintenance Department when they need a hand, regardless of what the job entails. Mr. Crigger is a true team player who cares about everyone associated with the Oldham County Schools. And above all, he's just a really great guy. We're fortunate to have him as part of Team Oldham!
