Click Microsoft Azure (If prompted, enter district email and password.)

Yes, download the Incident IQ app from the App Store or Google Play to submit a work request straight from your mobile device.
How do I create a new ticket?
Login to IIQ and click New Ticket button
Select from options or click Other Requests button
Proceed through ticket options
