Munis Self-Service (MSS) is available to all OCS employees from anywhere in the world, allowing our employees to securely view their paycheck, time off, W-2, W-4, total compensation and personal information. This information is pulled directly from Munis, our Payroll / HR software.

How to: Log in to Munis Self-Service (MSS)

Go to: https://oldhamboe.munisselfservice.com and |

You will be prompted to enter your User name and Password. Your username is your Employee ID. The first time you log in your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. |

After you login the first time (or when your password expires, after 90 days), you will be prompted to change your password and choose a password hint. Notice that Password strength will change from red to green once you’ve met the password complexity. |

Once you have successfully met all the complexity requirements and click Change button, you will see the message "Your password has been successfully changed" and you can click Continue button. |
|
5. | You may now click on the Employee Self Service button on the left in blue to view your information. | |
Please take this time to update your Emergency Contact information under Personal Information. |
How to: Reset your password
If you have forgotten your Munis Self-Service password please complete the following steps: | ||

Click on the link “Forgot your Password?” to reset or retrieve the hint for your Munis Self-Service Password. |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT STEP | ||

When asked to enter your user name, PLEASE enter your EMPLOYEE ID and NOT your email address. If you enter your email address you will not receive an email as the reset password email is linked to your EMPLOYEE ID only. |

Next, click “Retrieve hint” and an email will be sent to you with your password hint and also a link to reset your password if you still can’t remember what it was with the password hint. |

4. | If you click to reset your password then you will receive an email with a temporary password. Use this password to initially login to Munis Self Service with your employee ID as your user name and then you will be prompted to change your password and also enter a hint for this password. The new password must be at least 8 characters and include a capital letter and at least one number or character. |

5. | If you still are unable to log into Munis Self-Service, your account is most likely locked from trying to enter an incorrect password multiple times and you will need to submit an Incident IQ request to unlock your Munis account. Submit Incident IQ Ticket |

*Note: If you do not have an @oldham.kyschools.us e-mail address, the password retrieval is not functional. Please ask your office manager to submit an Incident IQ request to unlock your Munis account. |

1. | Once you log in to Munis Self Service, click on the Employee Self Service link in the left side navigation. |

2. | Choose the Pay/Tax Information link in the left side navigation. |
|
3. | Choose the W-2 link below Pay/Tax Information in the left side navigation. |
|
4. | Under W-2 Information heading, choose the Tax Year from the drop-down menu that you want to view. |

5. | Choose View W-2 image to the right of your name, just below the drop-down menu. |
