 BOARD  MEMBERS

District 1 - Allison Sheffer

  Elementary Schools:  Goshen, Harmony
  Middle Schools:  NOMS

  High Schools:  NOHS

Allison Sheffer joined the board in 2023 with four children who currently attend Oldham County Schools. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Public Health and works in Humana's MarketPoint Department of Compliance. Beyond her professional role, Allison coaches cross country and basketball at Goshen Elementary and basketball at North Oldham Middle School. An Oldham County resident since 2019, her decision to serve stems from wanting to actively support and strengthen the school system that educates her children. Allison envisions OCS continuing its post-COVID progress by helping students excel academically and in character, preparing each child for their chosen path after graduation—whether higher education, military service, or career. She values how OCS focuses on individual student growth while maintaining academic excellence, with teachers and staff who consistently go above and beyond to support each child's unique needs. She believes Oldham County combines small-town charm with outstanding public education, creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment where community pride shines and makes it an ideal place to raise a family.

District 2 - Suzanne Hundley

Elementary Schools:  Camden Station, Crestwood, Kenwood Station
  Middle Schools:  SOMS
  High Schools:  SOHS

Elizabeth Suzanne Hundley has served on the board since 2020, bringing a deep personal connection to Oldham County Schools. A proud South Oldham High School graduate herself, Elizabeth attended Oldham County schools from kindergarten through 12th grade after her family settled in Orchard Grass Hills in 1978. She holds a degree from the University of Kentucky and worked as an HR director for over 13 years before dedicating herself to educational service. Elizabeth has volunteered extensively in Oldham County schools for over a decade, serving as PTA and PTO president at Camden Station and South Oldham Middle School, and coordinating Blessings in a Backpack. She returned to Oldham County 12 years ago so her four daughters could attend Oldham County schools—two have graduated from SOHS and two currently attend. Her vision focuses on making OCS the best district in the state by preparing all students for success, whether college-bound or career-track, while recruiting and retaining exceptional educators. She believes the district's teachers, staff, and administrators demonstrate extraordinary care and dedication daily.

District 3 - Adam Springer

Elementary Schools:  Camden Station, Centerfield, Crestwood, Locust Grove
  Middle Schools:  EOMS, SOMS
  High Schools:  OCHS, SOHS

Adam Springer began his service in 2025 after 24 years in education, including 18 years as an OC educator. He holds a B.A. in Education from Morehead State University, an M.Ed. from the University of Louisville, and an MLIS from Murray State University, with teaching experience spanning grades K-12. A 21-year Oldham County resident, Adam is both an educator and parent with one OCS graduate and two children currently in the school district. His decision to run for the board reflects his belief in the district's ability to return to being Kentucky's best, having witnessed both its strengths and areas needing redirection. Adam's vision centers on restoring excellence through collaboration, innovation, and robust support for teachers and students. He wants schools where every child feels valued, challenged, and prepared for success, and where educators are empowered to perform their best work. He believes Oldham County's specialness lies in its strong community bonds, with families, teachers, and neighbors genuinely caring for one another and working together to provide students with exceptional opportunities.
