Oldham County Schools Emergency Technology Plan (español)
Oldham County District Technology personnel will be staffed at the Annex to answer the Technology Hotline.
We will be available to help staff, parents and students with the following:
- Forgotten passwords / usernames
- Unable to access learning platforms, email, Infinite Campus, Google, etc.
- Broken school-issued device
Oldham County District Technology will attempt to resolve issues as quickly as possible on the phone. There may be instances where we need to pull Instruction Technology staff or other district resources and provide a follow-up call or email to answer questions.
If there is a situation where phone lines are congested, staff, students and parents can email email@example.com and a ticket will be logged. If you would like a call back please include contact information in your email.
