The College and Career Center was created by the SOHS PTSA to help students and their families with the college and career choices they will face at the end of high school. The Center is housed in the SOHS Library Media Center and is designated by the pennants of various colleges and the neon sign. It includes books to check out and various pamphlets, handouts, brochures for students to take. There is also a filing cabinet full of information sent to us by colleges and universities.

No matter where you are in the college or career search process we have items to help you. Don't hesitate to ask the Library Media Center staff for help.

The Internet is THE place to go for up-to-date and specific information about colleges and universities. We subscribe to College Source, a database with information on 54,387 including complete college catalogs and connections to summaries and web sites for colleges!
