Structured as a Professional Learning Community, La Grange Elementary serves a diverse population offering unique programming to meet individual learner interests, needs & abilities through the combined efforts of faculty, staff & parents. In partnership with the University of Louisville, La Grange serves as a Professional Development School for pre-service teacher training for Masters of Art in Teacher students. La Grange offers a school-wide Title I program, Primary Talent Pool, Gifted & Talented, Arts & Humanities, all day Kindergarten, Student Technology Leadership Program, afterschool enrichment/child care & several extra-curricular activities and groups. Opportunities for volunteerism & involvement are available through the La Grange PTA. Family input is encouraged and welcome!
