Take Home Tuesday – Dance Flyer & Oldham 300 Fundraiser
The H1N1 vaccine consent forms were sent home yesterday. Just in case they didn’t make it home, I have attached a copy to this email. The deadline for the forms to be returned is Monday, November 23rd (not 11/25 as shown on the consent form). No late forms will be accepted. The shots will be given on Tuesday, December 1 at EOMS.
The PTSA Winter Dance is Friday, December 4. We are in need of volunteers and chaperones to work various areas of the dance. We also need baked goods for the cake walk. If you can help, please contact Danielle Cowan at DANIELLE-2427@HOTMAIL.COM.
There is a choral concert coming up on December 14th. Please mark your calendars for 7:00 pm.
Did you receive your yearbook order form from Josten’s? We have copies in the office if you haven’t received an order form yet.

Oldham County Hockey - OC beat Owensboro this past weekend. Next game: Wednesday 11/18 @ 7:45pm at Alpine Ice Arena against Trinity. It is a local game - We’d love to see lots of fans in the stand.
