Student/Staff Basketball Game!
Once again this year, the staff challenged the hardest working students to the annual Student/Staff Basketball game! Students whose names were selected based on hard work and best effort were allowed to play from Kindergarten through Grade 5. While the staff were confident that they would win, they lost again 78-72. Congratulations to the students who participated!
Our referees, Mrs. Murphy and Hunter Fackler! Students cheered on both teams!
Staff were certain they would win! Mr. Martin plays DEFENSE!
In the end, students were the stronger team!
Teacher of the Year
Camden Station wants to recognize Ms. Lauren Pfeifer, 5th grade teacher for winning Camden Station's Teacher of the Year for 2013! Ms. Pfeifer works hard and dedicates most days and nights to this job. She listens and wants to learn from everyone she works with. She has stepped up as a leader, even though she is only a second year teacher- allowing herself to open doors as an OCTI lab, speaking at faculty meetings, and even conducting technology lessons at IUS. She is a second year teacher that performs as if she has taught for ten years. Congratulations to Ms. Pfeifer on this esteemed honor!
